Michel Thomas Robinson II
Dedicated To Serving The Paths of Yoga Since 2005.

Michael Thomas is a former yoga studio owner who has taught thousands of yoga classes, privates and workshops.

Prior to relocating to Los Angeles, Michael helped to build a yoga program at the renowned, Johns Hopkins Medical Center, where he received two Letters of Recommendation for his teaching skills and contributions to The Johns Hopkins wellness program.

Michel Thomas' experience includes work with professionals, top level executives, and professional, collegiate and high school athletes, those with limited mobility, as well as those looking to heal from challenging injuries or chronic pain.

In 2013, after nearly a decade of teaching group classes, Michael realized that group yoga classes were not adequately able to meet the needs of each student. Be it physically; from chronic pain attributed to over use  of certain muscle groups, due to sports, hobbies or lifestyle, healing and/or addressing injuries thoroughly, chronic tightness or tension from prolonged driving (around Los Angeles) or just sitting at a desk all day; nor were group classes able to address an over active mind that tends to arise in our time starved modern lives.

Additionally, Michael recognized that group yoga instruction was unable to  address the deeper aspects of yoga  that arise when one has had a consistent, prolonged and sustained yoga practice over the years.

Since 2013, Michael has devoted himself to teaching yoga privately. And as a result, he has watched yoga blossom in the lives of those he has worked, and often in the lives of their families as well.
